We’ve put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

So lately we’ve upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time.

1.For COSTA RICA customers, Shipping time has been shortened to 3-5 business days to Receive EMS Shipping,

2.For US customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 3-8 business days for EMS Shipping,

3. For UK customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 5-10 business days for EMS Shipping,

4. For Australia/India/South Africa/ Asia customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 7-14 business days for EMS Shipping

5. For France/Germany/Spain customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 3 -8 business days for EMS Shipping,

* Please note:

  • Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-2 business days and is NOT included in the overall «shipping time».
  • All packages have specific tracking information.
  • You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by TRACKING INFORMATION
  • The status of your order can be reviewed by CORREOS DE COSTA RICA in this link also.
  • Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly submit a ticket for help.
  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • It may take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.

ABOUT TAX

Shipments from our store are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, NATURAMA STORE cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.

EMS SERVICE

The EMS service consists in sending packages with confidence at a low cost in the national and international levels.

The service is aimed at banks, finance companies, institutions, trade and general public want to ship quickly and safely.

The service can be obtained at 112 branches throughout the country. You can also make the request through the Customer Service Department toll free (506) 800-900-2000.

ONLINE TRACKING

The EMS service has a tracking system and shipment tracking, the same that can be accessed through the Web page of Correos de Costa Rica SA on the following link «Tracking Consultation Submissions»   or by calling toll – free (506) 800- 900-2000.

It is noteworthy that at the international level , not all countries provide the option to track shipments therefore would be available to each region and country the shipping business addresses.   For these particular cases should be communicated to the line 800-900-2000

  4. -Collection. Request this service at (506) 2202-2900 ext. 4066 of the EMS Post Office located in Costa Rica Zapote Branch. According to availability.
  5. -Distribution home orplace in the direction either to a post, address or any branch of Correos de Costa Rica, thereforeis recommended that the customer uses the same format as specified in the following link :Postal Code
  6. -Identification barcode.

  11. inexact Address: Being the seemingly full address, with signs, landmarks, province, county and district evidenced in the field that the recipientnot there
  12. insufficient Address: The address in the guide is not complete. Missing cardinal points, landmarks, province, county and district.
  13. Declined: The recipient institution, company, among others declinedaccept the shipment.
  14. Recipient Absent: The address is correct, but  at the time of delivery there was someone older than 18 years or the recipient received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF EMS

  1. The sender acknowledges thathas prepared digital or physical EMS service, which it has done in its name and signature guides, accepting that the address, phone number, name and details of the sender and recipient are correct.
  2. The service assumes that the sender is the owner of the property and documents totransported or is duly authorized by the owner such property and documents and hereby accept the terms and conditions set forth herein and those setin Convention of the Universal Postal Union UPU IATA-existing agreement and bilateral agreements signed by the postal administration of Costa Rica.
  3. The sender authorizes Correos de Costa Rica, through the EMS service, to transport goods and documents contained and declared in physical or digital guide EMS, also authorizes the collection and delivery of personal documents generated paperwork in his name the sender requested by the EMS service.
  4. The EMS service will endeavor to meet delivery deadlines, however it is not responsible for delays in the collection, transportation, delivery or damage  of any shipment in the following cases:
  5. Situations force majeure,   unforeseeable circumstances or any other circumstances beyond the control of the EMS. Is considered fortuitous event also robbery, assault and theft.
  6. Delays in the customs or other government offices or not involving national and international in the process of delivery to the addressee, therefore Correos de Costa Rica is not responsible for these delays which are caused by special permits or retentions They requested for the withdrawal of the goods in the Customs or other institutions
  7. The EMS service is not liable for damages or lost profits emergerte no matter how it arises, or if the EMS service or had knowledge that such damage could occur.
  8. No damage or injury   caused by the sender indicates the wrong direction and produce returns in arrears and final delivery.
  9. No damage or damage caused by   the delivery is rejected in the direction indicated; understands rejected as the contact indicated in the guide or another person over 18 who is in the direction forbid receive or not found,   or not having a name   contact no one takes responsibility of receiving or not submit a contact or department does not allow them to enter courier or postman.

SEVERANCE

For international shipping EMS, compensation may not exceed 130 SDR in the case of a shipment containing merchandise EMS and 30 DEG for a shipment contains documents EMS.

In the case of domestic shipments compensation is set to the current tariffs

The EMS service was created under Decree No. 19228 G of 29 November 1989 and Correos de Costa Rica SA responsible for the implementation and development of the service entity.
