If our company is responsible for the problem, we will allow a return to our store for a refund or exchange.

2.Customer Responsibility

All returns must be previously approved by our customer service team; If they are approved, you will be given an RMA form. Items returned without the RMA form will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in good condition, unused, unwashed, with all labels and the original package.
All shipping costs and the original shipping cost are not refundable.
Compensation Period
